With the battle to stay away from the bottom in full tilt, the Minnesota RollerGirls have taken a slight lead against Grand Raggidy of Grand Rapids.  The point scores for MNRG have been put up by several players, but the nod goes to local fave Suzie Smashbox - who placed a double and triple slam on the opposition.  Teammate Hanna Belle Lector’s presence as veteran and pivot has been squarely felt up front, where HBL’s shoulder has kept many a lead jam from occurring.

For Raggidy, the play in the back has been placed squarely with Viva La BOOM, Jackie Daniels, and Hot New Girl, who’s really having quite a weekend despite the position of these two teams in this tournament.  Bette Mangler and the GRRG pack is keeping this one close.
